On the official LONISWATCHES website, the presentation of accessories and watches is as accurate as possible. The images are used for illustration purposes and may differ from the product (especially in terms of color rendering depending on the technical support used, for example).
LONISWATCHES reserves the right to accept the customer’s order.
For each case of cancellation of order, LONISWATCHES informs the customer by e-mail and undertakes to refund the full amount to the customer.

Orders are placed only for private purposes. The distribution and resale of accessories or watches for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
LONISWATCHES reserves the right to change the price of products at any time.
The price in force at the time of acceptance of the order applies.
For Switzerland, prices are VAT included, shipping costs are free of charge.
For EU countries and USA, shipping costs are free of charge.
The payment of VAT, customs clearance and any other taxes in force in the country of delivery will be charged to the customer.
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal or by bank transfer within 30 days NET.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Deliveries are made exclusively in Switzerland, in EU Member States and in the USA.
Delivery deadlines, given as an indication, are without guarantee.
LONISWATCHES cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Deliveries are made subject to the timely and correct supply from our various suppliers. Any change in the delivery time does not give rise to a cancellation of the order by the buyer.
From the date of receipt of the watch, the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days. The full amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 days. In this case, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is required to return the goods in their original packaging and condition.
The personal data provided to LONISWATCHES is used to process the order. LONISWATCHES reserves the right to use this personal data for promotional purposes. No personal information will be communicated or transmitted on to third parties.
LONISWATCHES watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The customer must inform LONISWATCHES by e-mail (customers@loniswatches.com) before returning the goods. The product can only be returned after informing LONISWATCHES about the nature of the defect. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LONISWATCHES executes the warranty by only removing the defect stated by the customer. LONISWATCHES reserves the right to repair or replace the watch. This decision is the result of an analysis carried out by our customer service department. If the cost of the repair is disproportionate to the value of the goods, LONISWATCHES may decide to make a standard exchange.
LONISWATCHES is not bound by the warranty if the customer does not comply with the instructions for use or maintenance of our products.
The warranty does not apply, in particular, in the event of:
LONISWATCHES is not responsible for any damage, loss or delay related to transportation.
LONISWATCHES is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network (data loss, viruses, …).
LONISWATCHES is not responsible for any errors when entering your personal data (delivery address, chosen model, …).
Outside the warranty period, your watch may be overhauled or repaired by our customer service.

The customer sends an e-mail to the address: customers@loniswatches.com with the following necessary information:
LONISWATCHES acknowledges receipt of the customer’s email with any comments or additional questions.
The customer sends back the watch, at his own expense, to the following address: Loniswatches, Rue de l’Industrie 54, 1950 Sion (VS) Switzerland.
The LONISWATCHES Customer Service carries out an analysis of the watch and sends, by email, a repair offer with an estimated return time.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
Disputes arising from, or in connection with, these general terms and conditions of sale fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sion (Valais).
