Upon receipt of your shipment, our customer service will carry out an analysis of the watch and send you, by email, a repair offer with an estimated return time.
You pay the amount of the offer using the payment methods proposed in point 4 of the general terms and conditions of sale:
We return the watch, free of charge, without taking any action.
Loniswatches reserves the right to repair or replace the watch.
A revision or repair does not entitle the user to an extension of the warranty, except in the event of a complete replacement of the watch.
